Our Custom Event Linens

Our story began in 1991 when a famous event decorator walked through our doors with a vision. Inspired by the bride’s maids dress, we created a stunning chair cover that became the talk of the wedding. Since that day we have been designing and manufacturing unique and traditional event linens using the highest quality fabrics. We are very proud of every single piece we have created and more so because they have proudly been designed and manufactured in our factory in Los Angeles. Every piece bearing a proud “Made in USA” label.

Since the opening of our doors over 20 years ago, we have committed ourselves to the highest level of service and quality. Being in the heart of textile district of Los Angeles has enabled us to have access to any type of fabric available in the country. Having control over every step of the process from: sourcing the fabric, designing, manufacturing, quality control, packaging and shipping means we can get the job done much faster than the industry expectation, and with superior quality . Our standard lead time for most custom made orders is about 6 days, with much faster lead time available depending on your needs.

Our versatile facility and machinery enables us to custom fabricate any textile item. Return Policy

All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and be pre-approved by having a Return Material Authorization Number (RA#). All returned items must be in the same new, unused and unlaundered condition as when they were originally shipped. ***Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged.*** Returned products are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.All returns and exchanges must meet the general guidelines detailed above. Customers may then choose from any one of the four options depending on the circumstance:

1) Full refund - there is a 25% restocking fee for returns. The customer will be refunded the amount of the merchandise only, once we receive all returned product(s), minus the restocking fee (note: outbound/original shipping charges are not refundable). Customer is responsible for return shipping.

2) Exchange - there is a 10% restocking fee for exchanges. Only an order containing merchandise of equal value to the original order will be exchanged without a credit or refund due, not including shipping. Shipping for the new product(s) will be charged, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. All original merchandise must be returned and delivered to us prior to our shipping the exchanged goods.

3) Defects or Incorrect Orders - In the rare case that your order arrives and any items are defective , incorrect items were shipped, or any part of your order is missing, we will correct it at our expense. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. We must be notified of such errors within 10 days of delivery. Corrected orders will be shipped using the same shipping method chosen by the customer in their original order, or equivalent in transit time. Under no circumstance will orders originally shipped ground or equivalent have a corrected order shipped using an expedited method (i.e. overnight/air).

4) Damaged or Lost Shipments - Though not common, it is possible that a package can be damaged or lost in transit. In order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier, please inspect the contents of your shipment and notify the driver immediately of any signs of damages. The carrier will request to inspect the damaged package(s) to determine the cause of damage and verify proper packing materials were used. They may inspect the package at the shipper's or receiver's site, and/or may collect the package for inspection. Please retain all packing and materials for such inspections.

***For fabric, never rely solely on how the colors are shown on your computer screen. We offer swatch samples for our customers to look at the colors in person before ordering. Please contact us for details.
