It is important to note that differences in color between our website and the fabric are not considered defects or imperfections. We cannot be held responsible for what is displayed on a computer screen, as all screens are different. The only way to be sure of our colors is to order a fabric sample from our website. We encourage all customers to order fabric samples from us, the cost of which can be deducted from a future order if requested.
All custom orders will be made to the exact specifications written on the description section on the order form. When pressing submit, you are agreeing to purchase the order as it is stated on the form. Due to our custom manufacturing, any item wider than the width of our fabric (which can be found in our Fabrics section) will be made in several panels, and it will have visible seams. An item that contains seams is not considered a defective item, and will have been written on the order description.
Custom orders as indicated on the order are non-refundable. After order has been confirmed no modifications and changes can be made.
Return/Exchange Conditions: All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery and be pre-approved by having a Return Material Authorization Number (RA#). All returned items must be in the same new, unused condition in its original packaging. Laundered items will not be accepted.
Refund: - There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns. The customer will be refunded the purchase price of the items only, minus the restocking fee. Original outbound shipping charges and subsequent expedited fees cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for all non-defective items.
Exchanges: - There is a 10% restocking fee for all exchanges. Replacement orders will be accepted up to 30 days from the delivery of the original item. Imperfect or Incorrect Orders: - In the rare case that your order arrives and any items are defective, incorrect, or missing, we will correct it at our expense. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, as LA Linen must be notified of imperfections or incorrect orders within 10 business days of delivery date. Corrected orders will be shipped using the same shipping method chosen by the customer in the original order, or equivalent in transit time. Under no circumstances will orders originally shipped ground or equivalent have a corrected order shipped using an expedited method (i.e. Overnight/Air).
Damaged or Lost Shipments - Though not common, it is possible for a package to be damaged or lost in transit. In order for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier, please inspect the contents of your shipment and notify the driver immediately of any signs of damages. The carrier will request to inspect the package, which may occur at the shipper’s, receiver’s or carrier’s site. Please retain all packing and materials for such inspections.
Return to Sender: Orders that are shipped out to an un-deliverable address, or refused by the receiver will remain in our facility for 30 days after return, to be claimed. Customers may contact LA Linen to discuss re-shipment at their own cost. After 30 days, the package will be marked as a return, and restocking fees will be applied during the refund process.
